The service is good here amongst the other olive garden chains I've been to across the country. This visit we were given a pumpkin cheesecake that was frozen solid. Our server Charlie and the manager Craig were very apologetic and didn't charge us for the cheesecake and took off our appetizer from our bill. We got good service, just like the other times, and we'll come back again.

They keep changing their menu here and I keep trying something different. Today I'm trying chicken scampi and my hubbie is trying the chicken Parmesan sandwich. I'm still disappointed that there is no spinach artichoke dip. :( This is stilly favorite Italian spot in Broken Arrow, but I would be much happier if they brought back the artichoke dip. When they bring that back, I add back the last star.

The service was awful! My husband and I went in and spent 15 minutes waiting to be waited on. Spent 20 minutes waiting on food. Spent another 10 for a to go box, where the lady packed up our food and dropped part of it but didn't even say "I'm sorry or let me get you more". Waited another 20 minutes for our ticket and for her to run it! It's sad when other waiters are questioning if you have been waited on!

This isn't my family's usual OG. (That would be the one at 71st & Memorial.) But it's still a good one. I will say that one way in which it stands out is that I've never had to wait to be seated even when going out to eat during traditionally busy times - like after 6 on Friday or Saturday - and regardless of the group size - from just my wife and I to a party of 8 that included 4 kids, two of whom needed high chairs. Unfortunately where it lacks at times is in its staff. We've had some bad experiences with waiters/waitresses including not getting our drinks refilled often enough, experiencing rudeness, and not having our orders taken down correctly so that we got the wrong food. Luckily we don't go too often. Otherwise there's nothing about the dining experience here to set it apart from any other Olive Garden around.

I am a creature of habit. When I find something I like at a restaurant, I stick with that food until it's either no longer an option or I die. That's the deal. However, my husband kept bugging me to try a dish on the menu that he said sounded like something I would enjoy. Finally I relented and tried the Lasagna Primavera with Grilled Chicken. It was delicious! I devoured it like I had not eaten all day. It was an instant favorite between the flavor and the 530 calories. That's not bad for Olive Garden. I rated the restaurant a 4 because it's a standard Olive Garden with typical service. I do like this Olive Garden because there is never a long wait to be seated and with three young children, this is a perk.

Always good food. Today's lunch did not dissapoint. Endless soup and salad. The Zuppa Toscana is my favorite. If you go, ask for Matthew N. to be for server. He is a very polite young man and provided exceptional service.

I went to this location for the first time one day for lunch with some friends at lunch. Before I get too much into it, I just want to point out that it is a chain restaurant so it's not anything spectacular compared to the other ones you would go to. The only difference would be the location and the service really. This location specifically is located around a shopping center where many people go to and I can see this being a nice quick place to grab food and run errands. I have never been to this shopping plaza before but I definitely want to go back since they have so many stores I usually ship at anyways. When we arrived we told them we would have a rather large party for lunch and they were able to seat us quickly and as well give us the party area so we would not be in the middle of everyone. The waitress we had was new and I honestly would have never known if she didn't tell us. She was very quick and made sure to always be there when we would need her. I have never really been to Olive Garden enough times to have something to compare it to but for a chain restaurant they make the food very well and you don't feel like you're getting below average meals. The lunch menu alone is what drew me in. They had so many options of what you can get and even though they are lunch portions and smaller than dinner, it was plenty to make me full and not hate myself for eating everything at the same time. There was more variety than what I thought they would have and the prices are great! Going at lunch would also be a good time to go when you want to try a new dish and not have to pay the dinner price. Basically, it is olive garden and you kind of get what you would any other place. I will say this location is much cleaner to some that I have been to before and everything tasted a little better since they didn't just rush through it.

Went there for Veterans Day lunch. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I will go back again soon.

Breadsticks were way too salty, salad was drenched in dressing, and part of the sauce on my meal was gelled together. I ordered the garlic rosemary chicken which came with the garlic mashed potatoes. The chicken was fine but I couldn't taste the rosemary for the overpowering garlic. I love garlic too. The best part of the meal was the waiter. He was so nice, friendly, and responsive to the needs of everyone at the table. I was gassy the rest of the night. I'm pretty much done with OG.

Good service but not amazing. We got 1 refill of water each. The food was good. We like this Olive Garden location the best.

Service sucks! We came in. The place wasn't packed. The hosts took 4 families that came in after us to be seated before we decided to get up and leave. Ridiculous! We felt completely discriminated.

Hit and miss on the quality of food. If you want quick Italianish dinner this is about all there is in Broken Arrow. Nothing really bad just not as good as the Utica Square store.

Great service and good food! Soup, salad, and breadsticks for $6.95, need I say more?

The Olive Garden is the mainstay "safe " Italian restaurant. For those who do not wish to try something different in italian. Good service, good food, but nothing that ever really makes you go "wow"! We started with a spinach artichoke dip. Very creamy on the back end. Good start. For dinner I had the shrimp primavera. Shrimp, peppers and penne pasta in a red sauce. It was good and packed with shrimp. My wife had the Tour of Italy. Lasagna. Chicken parmesean, and alfredo. All very good. Again, this is the "safe" place to go out to. You won't be disappointed, but you won't be amazed either.

Went on a busy weekend evening and they just couldn't keep up. Waited 10 minutes after being seated to have someone finally say they'd be with me in a minute. Waited forever for him to bring drinks. When the food finally arrived it was hot and very well prepared, however. I assume in slower times this place would perform a bit better, thus 3 stars instead of the two I almost gave them. With as much time as it took to us our check, I was starting to wonder if I had to pay at all!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
